I don’t know much about Linus Tech Tips guy but his gaming on Linux thing has a lot of eyes on it. Gamers are fully aware of the privacy items with windows but comfortable with the trade off for playing games. The console-ification of software has them spoiled along with the “app” centric mobile model helping the laziness along.
I wish Linus well on this. He’s stated what many know, you have to tinker on Win too but help is easier there vs Linux. 9 different sites 30 commands later and it might work. That’s the hurdle and it may as well be walking to the sun for the typical gamer.
