Get you some yak!
This is the place JCD got his meat from. With shipping and handling, ground yak is $12.00/lb. Which is expensive. However, local non-GMO, organic pastured beef starts at $9/lb where I am. And pastured lamb is $12-14/lb. So for the quality of meat that you get, it's actually not that far out.
